Job summary

Dolce Vita in New York is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the management team and lead a dynamic sales floor. The role involves coaching a retail team, maintaining customer service excellence, and helping with daily store operations.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($17.50–$19.50) plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule that includes day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperation is key to achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The pay range of this position is $17.50-$19.50/hr plus commission. Actual rate will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and 401K, if applicable.
