Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support total store sales and prevent shrink by deterring theft.
• Document incidents and use surveillance to monitor activity.
• Promote safety and inclusivity while following AP policies.
