Target is seeking an Assets Protection Specialist at our Glendale, AZ location. You will help keep guests, team members, and the brand secure by using surveillance, documenting incidents, and applying AP procedures. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and helping guests.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Support store sales, guest service, and profitability by keeping products in stock and preventing theft.
• Identify theft trends and report incidents using surveillance and policy procedures.
