Job summary

Titan Machinery, Inc is seeking a Store Administrator to provide essential administrative and accounting support while working closely with the store management team. This role ensures smooth operations and excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle cash processing, accounts payable/receivable, and sales documentation, while supporting inventory and CRM processes. A strong focus on detail and customer service is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or related education/training
• Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Administrative and Accounting Support: Manage parts reports, work orders, and various administrative tasks, including accurate processing of daily cash, accounts payable/receivable, and sales documentation
• Customer Interaction and Experience: Greet and assist customers both in-person, over the phone, and online with professionalism and courtesy
• Operational Efficiency: Assist with inventory, warranty claims, and CRM processes to maximize sales and maintain compliance with store policies and procedures
