Glacier West is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at a self-storage facility. You will handle customer service, sales, inspections, and payment processing with independent work and some district travel.

Responsibilities include site checks, payments, vendor coordination, and reports. Strong communication, basic maintenance, and a can-do attitude are essential. The role offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of computers, smartphones, and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
• Self-Storage experience is a significant plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service experience and handle inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Conduct daily site checks and property inspections.
• Assist customers seeking storage units and process payments.
• Contact delinquent occupants and manage collections.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, and inventory.
• Oversee basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on site.
• Travel within the district as needed to support other locations.
