Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to manage operations across multiple locations, on a flexible full-time schedule. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, perform daily inspections, and handle payments and collections as part of a busy property management team.

The role offers mileage reimbursement, eligibility for full-time benefits after 20+ hours, and potential performance bonuses. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or restaurant.
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
