Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who works independently at multiple locations, balancing indoor duties with outdoor environments to keep spaces ready to rent and meet customer storage needs.

You will conduct daily inspections, handle cash drawers, and assist with payments reminders and collections, while promoting packing and moving supplies. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant or other service-based companies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including packing and moving supplies.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits; remind and collect payments when required.
