Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in California is hiring a Supply Chain IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery within the L2C program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise-scale delivery.
• Experience delivering Supply Chain/ERP/Lead-to-Cash platform implementations or migrations (SAP/Oracle/Salesforce CPQ).
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and SI teams across time zones.
• Track record in large-scale transformation, M&A integration, or legacy consolidation.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum/SAFe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain IT projects within the L2C program (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality).
• Build and maintain integrated project plans across quoting, ordering, and fulfillment workstreams.
• Drive day-to-day execution: stand-ups, sprint planning, status reporting, executive updates.
• Manage suppliers and SIs against SOWs, milestones, SLAs.
• Own RAID registers and escalate blockers with options and recommendations.
• Coordinate readiness activities: UAT, cutover planning, go-live support.
• Monitor project finances: forecasting, accruals, requisitions, variance analysis.
• Ensure governance, change control, architecture review, and security compliance.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to business leaders and IT architects.
• Capture lessons learned and improve program templates.
