Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include daily unit inspections, cash handling and deposits, and helping customers stay current on payments with reminder and collection calls as needed. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily operations.
