Job summary

Integrity Consulting, NC is seeking a Storage/Network Support Tech to provide level 1-2 network and storage support, perform remote troubleshooting, and document issues for a knowledge base. You will collaborate with internal and external groups, ensure regulatory compliance, and help meet team KPIs while supporting SAN and related technologies (HL7, DICOM, SQL/Oracle/DB2).

This role requires hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, NetApp/EMC storage, and a background in healthcare IT

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience
• 2+ years supporting networks including VMware
• 2+ years supporting Windows servers
• 1+ years of experience supporting storage solutions (NetApp, EMC, etc)
• 1+ years supporting Relational Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc)
• SAN
• HL7, DICOM
• Medical device technology related support (radiology, PACS, cardiology, imaging, etc)
• Network+, Security+, A+, Cisco, Microsoft certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1-2 technical support related to networks and storage.
• Assess software and network issues on customer systems and resolve via remote troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups on complex issues.
• Document problems and solutions into a product knowledge database.
• Remain compliant with regulatory requirements and meet team's KPIs.
