Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, with time spent both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when needed.
