Job summary

Diamond Parking Service is seeking a Storage Cashier to deliver frontline customer service while supporting daily storage facility operations in Spokane, WA. You will lease units, process payments, maintain the facility, and respond to tenant needs with accuracy and courtesy.

This role requires basic arithmetic, data entry, and strong attention to cleanliness and safety. A high school diploma or GED is required, and comfort with electronic systems and a cash register is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred.
• Comfortable with data entry and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist tenants and prospective tenants.
• Explain rental terms and convert leads into leases.
• Execute leases and maintain tenant records.
• Maintain positive relationships with current tenants and support tenant retention.
• Prepare and collect rent payments and issue notices when needed.
• Report damages or hazards and maintain facility cleanliness.
