Job summary

Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline seeks a Storage Technician to oversee installation, monitoring, diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance of underground gas storage wellbore and related equipment. You will work with local operations to ensure safe, reliable daily field operations and coordinate activities near facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist as site manager during well testing and workovers.
• Coordinate contractors, equipment and personnel for storage field activities.
• Maintain compliance with SSCGP O&M Manual and regulatory codes.
• Support training, collaboration, and liaison across Storage Services, Engineering and Operations.
