Job summary

Self Storage Plus in Clinton, MD is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and maintenance across multiple storage facilities. You will lead a team to ensure sales goals are met, provide excellent customer service, and maintain property standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, marketing, customer relations, rent collection, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and property walks to ensure safety and security standards.
• Maintain cleanliness across the property and perform routine cleaning tasks as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the monthly auction process and support Assistant Store Managers as needed.
• Implement policies to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
