Storage King USA in Napa, CA is seeking an immediate Property Manager to lead the daily operations of the storage facility and manage a team and customers renting storage units. You will convert inquiries into rentals, operate within budget, and coordinate contractors to ensure quality work.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to drive renewals while building relationships with local businesses. Some weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to new and existing customers.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units, parking space, and sell store merchandise.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into storage rentals.
• Operate the property within budgeted guidelines.
• Schedule contractors and inspect work prior to payment.
• Enforce rental collection practices and handle auctions/evictions.
• Direct on-site personnel and maintain a positive work environment.
• Post and manage delinquency of rental income and renewals.
• Develop relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.
• Daily property walks and light maintenance tasks.
