Job summary

U-Haul at 1450 S West Ave, Waukesha, Wisconsin 53189 is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative to be the face of our onsite storage services, help customers inspect and rent units, and assist with equipment dispatch and return using up-to-date technology.

You will join a supportive team, participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University, and benefit from on-the-job training with opportunities for advancement and a quick pay model.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repairs.
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
