Job summary

U-Haul in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a capable management couple to run a moving and storage center. One partner oversees operations as Manager, the other supports as Assistant Manager, with an on-site apartment available.

This role requires 1–3 years of management in retail or service, strong customer service, and basic computer skills. Weekend/holiday availability is expected; a full benefits package is offered along with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or service with P&L responsibility.
• Computer proficiency and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform profit/loss analyses.
• Hire and mentor new team members.
• Track and itemize inventory.
• Manage fleet to ensure clean, well-maintained equipment.
• Manage personnel budget.
• Ensure customers receive high quality of care.
• Keep track of fuel receipts and petty cash.
• Maintain premises and a secure environment.
• Engage in ongoing U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
