Responsibilities

• Obtain required customer information to manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure 14-day delivery window.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits for order and inventory accuracy.
• Deliver storage buy orders in the POS system.
• Act in line with company core values and safety SOPs.
• Answer incoming calls according to guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
