Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a role that focuses on calling storage buy customers and managing the customer storage audit process. Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong computer skills to coordinate tasks and audits. This is a warehouse retail environment with standard store hours and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required customer information to manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within the 14 day window.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly storage buy audits for accuracy.
• Audits to be conducted per Storage Buy Audit SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS Act per company values.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting.
