Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Storage Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise storage and virtualization across NAS/SAN platforms in a private cloud. You will drive reliability, performance, and efficiency, working with a distributed team and complex environments.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexibility in Coppell and Tampa, enabling collaboration on critical infrastructure projects and contributing to scalable storage solutions for diverse business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related storage and infrastructure experience.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting enterprise storage solutions, virtualization, and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of new storage and infrastructure technologies within the enterprise environment.
• Collaborate on project deliverables to ensure successful deployment and integration of infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain the stability and performance of storage and virtualization environments.
• Coordinate and support system maintenance activities, including releases and upgrades following change management protocols.
• Manage complex project installations within timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop and deliver performance metrics and reports to inform management decisions.
• Execute monitoring to refine operational procedures and improve environment health.
• Evaluate new features and technologies, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Incorporate risk and control processes to monitor, mitigate, and escalate issues as needed.
