Job summary

General purpose: Stop-Motion Studio Assistant is a studio monitor position for the Stop Motion lab.
Summary of Essential Functions
  • Regular weekly maintenance of equipment and general studio cleanliness.
  • Assists with technical upkeep during and outside of class hours.
  • Allows access to secured equipment closet for student use.

  • Knowledge of: Dragonframe and Adobe Suite.
  • Skills: Set building and construction, camera and lighting operation.
Minimum qualifications
  • Previously taken a Stop Motion course.
  • Currently enrolled MICA student.

Required training

Handbook orientation, Anti-Harassment, Hazard Communication, Emergency Plans & Fire Prevention, Personal Protection Equipment. (additional training may be added, SEE: EHS Manager training schedule)
