Lockton in Plano, TX is seeking an Associate Consultant, Stop Loss to manage client accounts and deliver trusted, practical guidance. The role focuses on coordinating deliverables, collaborating with core teams, and supporting growth initiatives.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of client services experience, plus strong MS Office skills and solid communication. This is a full-time position with licensing responsibilities and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of client services experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Understanding of brokerage industry and regulatory trends.

Mansioni

• Manage approximately 40-60 total accounts with support from an Account Coordinator.
• Submit final client deliverable and written recommendation for peer review.
• Present client deliverables to core team and/or client with leadership supervision.
• Grow accounts by building relationships with growth team.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert for core teams and clients.
• Minimal escalations needed to complete traditional renewals.
• Handle escalations related to marketing, claims and/or clinical and escalate when needed.
• Obtain/maintain license.
