Job summary

Berkley Accident and Health is seeking a Client Services Manager to support employer Stop Loss programs and collaborate with brokers, TPAs, and policyholders. The role focuses on renewal lifecycle management, servicing, and ensuring seamless outcomes across multiple offices in Hamilton Square, NJ, Marlborough, MA, and Harleysville, PA.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned Stop Loss renewal accounts.
• Manage the full renewal lifecycle from acceptance through policy issuance with accuracy and timelines.
• Coordinate with brokers, TPAs, and internal teams on compliance, licensing, paperwork, and reporting.
• Review and process implementation and renewal documentation, including premium and stop-loss remittance.
• Monitor premium collections, resolve discrepancies, and partner with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Issuance, and Quality teams.
• Support Business Development and Sales efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
