Job summary

The Stone Collection is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Fort Worth warehouse onsite. You will direct daily operations, oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and loading of stone products while ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with Sales and Customer Service, and maintain high service levels. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with forklifts and heavy material handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems a plus.
• Natural stone or building materials experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Assign work based on orders, deliveries, and priorities.
• Oversee receiving, storage, staging, and loading of stone products.
• Ensure products are stored safely and accurately.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Management.
• Promote teamwork and accountability.
