A well-respected specialty subcontractor in Hicksville is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating for tile, terrazzo, and stone materials, although other estimating backgrounds will be considered. This position offers strong compensation and benefits. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to work independently and collaboratively, and comfortably commute to the office.

Job description

We are searching for a ESTIMATOR with experience in tile, i.e., terrazzo, stone, etc. to join the team of a well‑respected, well‑established specialty subcontractor based in Nassau County.

Prior experience estimating for these materials is a plus, but the company would consider prior estimating experience in other areas, i.e., flat‑work.

Qualifications

• Computer literate
• Willing to work independently AND as a member of a team
• Able to comfortably commute to the office
