Coldspring is seeking a capable Estimator to prepare accurate surveys of customer documents and generate material and labor estimates for bids. The role requires CAD literacy and experience with stone product projects.

You will gather blueprints, analyze plans, and use PlanSwift to take off quantities, while supporting sales with site visits and pre-bid conferences. This is a full-time, salaried position. Applicants may contact Karissa Lintgen for assistance.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and landscape drawings and specifications.
• Three years drafting stone products experience or three years combined with technical college.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; CAD literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from proposals, blueprints and specs.
• Identify labor, material and time requirements; compute costs.
• Assemble schedules of values and provide technical advice to sales staff.
