Responsibilities include monitoring bids, submitting proposals promptly, and following up with clients weekly. Proficiency with Glazier Studio, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, details, specifications, and related documents to determine project requirements.
• Select, measure, track, and analyze project plan data and metrics.
• Attend onsite meetings as necessary to conduct proper estimates.
• Monitor invitations to bid closely.
• Create and present project estimate reports to the Senior Estimator.
• Submit proposals in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients on a weekly basis.
