Job summary

Buechel Stone Corporation in North Carolina seeks an Operations Manager to oversee quarrying, fabricating, and manufacturing operations in our Marion facility. You'll report to the Director of Operations and be responsible for strategizing and planning our operations while implementing lean practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, seven years of industrial management experience, and strong leadership skills. We offer a full-time role, approximately 45 hours/week, with some Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of experience in industrial management required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarrying, fabricating, and manufacturing operations.
• Align with Director of Operations on KPI metrics.
