Gallegos Corporation, a leader in stone and masonry construction, is hiring a Stone Mason for the Roaring Fork Valley. You will shape, lay, and finish stone for distinctive projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on site in Glenwood Springs, CO.

The role requires at least five years of masonry/construction experience; the successful candidate will work hands-on with stone, brick, and related materials, guided by foremen, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' construction or masonry experience.
• Ability to work with stone on high‑quality, custom projects.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity as directed by foreman.

Responsabilités

• Shapes stone in preparation for final setting with chisels and/or power saws.
• Align stone with plumbline and finish joints with pointing trowel.
• Fasten or fuse brick or other building material to structure with wire clamps, anchor holes, torch, or cement.
• Mix mortar over stone and foundation and set masonry in place by hand or with forklift/crane.
• Participates in daily huddles and prioritizes safety on all job sites.
• Models The Gallegos Corporation mission and values at all times.
• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
