Job summary

The Gallegos Corporation is seeking a Project Manager in Denver, CO to lead projects in masonry, plaster/stucco, concrete, and marble & granite work. The role demands knowledge of the trades, strong organizational and supervisory skills, and a focus on customer service for owners, vendors, and architects.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, SIP scheduling, budgeting, coordinating with pre-construction, and managing change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience and/or trade school required.
• Ability to review job site blueprints and communicate across levels.
• OSHA 30 and Competent Person certifications with incident investigation training.
• ProCore, Sage 300 or similar systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standard of safety on projects at all times.
• Collaborate with pre-construction on handoff and budget development.
• Maintain detailed schedules for manpower, equipment, cash flow and risk.
• Coordinate with stakeholders through SIP planning and resources.
• Review change documents and generate change orders and takeoffs.
• Monitor project budgets with accounting and job costing.
• Conduct weekly Bird Reports and monthly budget analyses.
• Develop client relationships and participate in estimates for bids.
