Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Willingness to be cross-trained on multiple machines.
• Good communication and ability to mentor others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and demonstrate mastery of one or more machines.
• Inspect slabs for defects and ensure cuts are accurate.
• Polish and cut stone and edges to specifications.
• Apply knowledge of materials to ensure quality output.
• Support workflow and production schedules as required.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to other operators as applicable.
