EASTERN SURFACES seeks a motivated Countertop Installer Helper to join our PA-based team responsible for installing high-end countertops in homes and businesses. You will assist with loading materials, carrying stone slabs, preparing sites, and supporting skilled installation tasks.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass background check.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Ability to lift heavy materials daily and perform physical labor.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Familiarity with basic small power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Countertop Installer with loading materials and tools onto truck.
• Safely carry and position stone slabs at job sites with the team.
• Prep installation areas and keep work area clean and organized.
• Support installation procedures including leveling, seaming, polishing, and tool use.
• Work and clean up in customers' homes after installation.
• Hand tools to Lead Installer and assist with site needs or repairs.
