Job summary

Eastern Surfaces is seeking a motivated Countertop Installer Helper to support our team in Pennsylvania. You will assist the Lead Countertop Installer with loading materials, carrying stone slabs, and prepping installation sites while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily.
Able to read and use a tape measure accurately.
Experience in stone fabrication or general construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Countertop Installer with loading materials and tools onto the truck.
Safely carry and position stone slabs with team members and lift aids.
Prepare installation areas and keep work areas and vehicle clean and organized.
Support installation procedures such as leveling, seaming, polishing, and hand tool use.
Assist with site needs and repairs and clean up after installation.
