Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a reliable Countertop Installation Helper to assist with the delivery and installation of countertops at residential and commercial sites. You will work with lead installers and help measure, cut, and fit materials as needed.

This hands-on role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn. You will drive company vehicles, maintain tools, follow safety procedures, and provide courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50-100+ lbs) regularly.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Basic construction or installation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work early mornings and occasional overtime.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with countertop installation (granite, quartz, etc.).
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver countertops and equipment.
• Help measure, cut, and fit materials as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
