Qualifications

• HS diploma and 5+ years stone sales experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in sales/management.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales within assigned store coverage area and meet revenue goals.
• Develop relationships with key customers to maximize market penetration.
• Manage store operations and personnel in line with company policies.
• Lead and train Stone Center staff; recruit and supervise as needed.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and align with corporate goals.
• Ensure safety program compliance and DOT requirements.
