Fox Marble, based in Richmond, CA, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support the Stone Care Restoration team. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with technicians and management, and maintain accurate project information.

This is an hourly, full-time onsite role with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and CRM proficiency. The position reports to the Stone Care Service Coordinator and offers growth within a Teammate-Owned company, with benefits and a discretionary bonus

Qualificações

• Organized, dependable, proactive with customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 60–70 WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficient in business software, CRM tools, and productivity apps.
• Experience with Dialpad or similar phone systems.
• Experience with Jobber, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or equivalents.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• AI tool familiarity to support productivity.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Teamwork and accountability; positive attitude and reliability.
