Carter’s is seeking a Full Time Stock Supervisor in Thornton, CO. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, organizing the stockroom and ensuring merchandise flows to the sales floor with accuracy and speed.

You’ll train colleagues on stockroom organization, replenishment, and presentation standards while maintaining a genuine customer focus and a positive environment for employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results by organizing stockroom for accurate, timely merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards using stockroom processes.
• Provide stockroom training with management on replenishment and organization.
• Maintain customer focus on the sales floor and assist with product features and benefits.
• Foster a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Recognize and reward performance and guide staff when needed.
• Support customer service and loyalty program engagement."
• Assist with asset protection and safety awareness in-store and stockroom.
