Salomon is seeking a Full-Time Stock Supervisor for the North Beverly location. You will lead back-of-house operations, manage high-volume shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy to support a premium customer experience.

As a Full-Time Stock Supervisor at our North Beverly store,you’lllead back-of-house operations that are vital to our premium customer experience.You’llmanage high-volume shipments,maintainstockroom organization, and ensure product accuracy and flow, enabling the store team to meet consumer demand with confidence and efficiency.
In this fast-paced, high-profile location, your leadership will ensure operational excellence while upholding Salomon’s brand standards during both routine and peak business periods.
Oversee Stock Operations:Manage daily receiving, processing, and organization of inventory to support uninterrupted sales floor productivity.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy:Own RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and ensure precise recordkeeping to reduce shrink and stock discrepancies.
Drive Stockroom Standards:Keep the stockroom clean, accessible, andorganized—ensuringrapid turnaround and replenishment, especially during weekends and peak volume days.
Lead and Train Team Members:Provide training and day-to-day guidance to associates supporting shipment processing and inventory upkeep.
Support Floor Execution:Partner closely with store leadership and visual teams to enabletimelystock flow andmaintainmerchandise presentation standards.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
Lead all shipment receiving and processing, managing an average of 90+ boxes per week.
Use cellar door access and back entrances when needed to avoid disruption on the sales floor.
Ensure shipment flow is organized, labeled, and completed on time to support daily business needs.
Manage RTV processes to minimize errors andmaintaininventory integrity.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the stockroomat all times.
Mentor associates on stockroom organization, shipment standards, and inventory practices.
Foster accountability, focus, and urgency within the back-of-house team.
Accurately input data into inventory systems; reconcile discrepancies swiftly.
Collaborate with the visual and sales floor teams to ensuretimelyrestocksand product availability.
Monitor stock levels and communicate product gaps or overages proactively.

Experience in stock or back-of-house roles in high-volume retail environments; supervisory experience preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable with physical labor including lifting boxes and navigating stairs or freight areas.
Able to manage time efficiently and multitask under pressure.
Positive, can-do attitude with a deep sense of accountability and pride in operational excellence.
Passion for outdoor culture, fashion, or the Salomon brand is a plus.
Employees must be adaptable to the business's evolving needs. The Store Manager, in collaboration with the VP, Retail– North America, will determine availability requirements. This schedule may include various shifts such as mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Black Friday: All employees are expected to be available to work on Black Friday (the day after US Thanksgiving).
Holiday Season: Availability is required from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season. The exact end date will be determined annually, based in part on the period during which guests can return holiday merchandise.
Hours:Full Time32 -40 hoursper week
