Job summary

You will follow all policies, support loss prevention, and represent the Ross brand while collaborating with team members. The base pay range is $16.60 - $17.10 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Maintain a clean, safe sales floor and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Follow all store policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and escalate issues to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represent the Ross brand at all times and support daily store operations.
