Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2–5 years of related warehouse experience.
• Prior shipping experience required; international shipping is a plus.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook).
• Prior ERP experience preferred (IFS).
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a non climate-controlled environment.
• Must have U.S. Person status for ITAR access.

Responsibilities

• Package products efficiently and in compliance with shipping procedures.
• Complete domestic and international shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with transport companies for on-time delivery.
• Enter shipping data into ERP and generate labels/tracking.
• Count and verify inventory and adjust records as needed.
• Move and stage stock; perform kit pulls and order fulfillment.
• Maintain clean and organized stock areas for safety and accuracy.
• Possess valid driver license; may drive company vehicle if converted.
