Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an experienced store operations supervisor in Lincoln, NE. You will supervise associates, coach delivery of excellent customer service, and ensure operational efficiency across freight unload, receiving, stockroom management and omni-channel fulfillment.

You will train new hires, monitor inventory practices, and collaborate with merchandising on product placement and brand standards. Must be 18+, with 2+ years retail supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates to coach toward daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute sound operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of merchandise disposition practices.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor by managing incoming freight, stockroom and floor replenishment.
• Support training processes for new hires on the operations team and ensure adherence to processes.
• Partner with merchandising on product placement and brand standards.
