Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma typically required; an associate degree in business, management, or a technical field is preferred
• Experience: Warehouse experience with supervisory experience valued
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software and stock control systems
• Soft Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, communication, leadership, problem solving

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and accurate recordkeeping
• Lead and supervise stockroom staff and training
• Assist with ordering and vendor communication
• Develop systems to improve stock tracking and workflow
• Maintain health and safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Research root causes and drive corrective actions for KPIs
• Audit inventory through cycle counts and annual counts
• Prepare stock and department reports and SOP maintenance
