Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead a fast-paced production stockroom team, hire and train staff, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

This is a hands-on management role requiring physical work, availability for first shift, and accountability for cost control; preferred experience includes sewing in industrial settings and 1–3 years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred: sewing experience in an industrial environment.
• Preferred: 1-3 years production supervisory experience.
• Preferred: availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a fast-paced production stockroom team.
• Hire, motivate, train and direct staff performing entry level warehouse roles.
• Manage accuracy of orders and garment repairs; oversee emblems.
• Control location material costs and ensure safety and efficiency on shift.
