Job summary

Carters Inc. is seeking a Stock Associate to support shipping, receiving, and stockroom organization while ensuring product presentation on the sales floor. You will help with replenishment, inventory controls, and housekeeping to deliver outstanding customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in stock/logistics, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods. Availability includes days, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of stock/logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
• Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintains customer focus on the sales floor.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized store.
• Organizes stockroom and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Ensures product availability on the sales floor through in stock audits.
• Ensures pricing accuracy through markdown audits.
• Supports loss prevention and safety awareness within the store and stockroom.
