Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a part-time Stock Associate at Santana Row to manage stockroom flow, merchandising, and replenishment to maximize sales. You will follow SOPs, collaborate with store leadership, and uphold visual standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility for early and late shifts, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The team emphasizes customer-first service and adherence to loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Able to receive feedback and act on it.
• Able to stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 25lbs.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOP to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise.
• Execute shipment processing following guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations.
• Coordinate replenishment with store leadership (Fill the Floor, power closes/opens, merchandise adjustments).
• Identify merchandising opportunities and adjust stock accordingly within visual standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on floor; report compliance to leadership.
• Assist with stock transfers and handling damages.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions as needed.
• Uphold safety standards on sales floor and in stockroom; report concerns.
