Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Warehouse/Stockroom Associate to support material movements and ERP transactions within our inventory and production flow. This role involves coordinating material movement to production areas, performing cycle counts, and ensuring accurate paperwork and data integrity.

Qualifications

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and staff.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Proficiency with Windows and basic PC software.
Experience with Jabil software packages is a plus.
Ability to follow simple instructions and work with standard procedures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate movement of material to manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
Physically and systematically execute material movements requiring replenishment.
Move materials to shipping, prep, and office areas as needed.
Use RF scanners for ERP transactions and data entry.
Operate material handling equipment as needed.
Maintain organization of bin management and FIFO processes.
Return unused materials to stock with RF; dispose scrap components.
Pull material for purges and conduct warehouse cycle-counts.
