Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Warehouse Stockroom Associate to actively support material control and related tasks. You will perform warehouse activities involving movement of material with system transactions, verifications, and documentation to ensure accurate inventory and production flow.

Responsibilities include coordinating material movement to manufacturing areas, using RF scanners for ERP transactions, handling material with various equipment, and maintaining bin management and FIFO processes.

Qualifications

• Operates Windows-based PC and related software.
• Advanced PC skills with knowledge of Jabil software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with managers and clients.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of material to manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
• Physically and systematically execute material movements involving replenishment to manufacturing areas.
• Execute material movements to areas outside manufacturing (shipping, prep, office).
• Use RF scanners for ERP transactions.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain Bin Management and FIFO maintenance.
• Return unused materials to stockroom from manufacturing areas using RF.
• Properly dispose of scrap components.
• Pull material for purges from stock as needed.
• Perform Warehouse Cycle-counts where appropriate.
• Verify material movements and paperwork for correct physical and system movement of material.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
