Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Material Handler II to coordinate and execute complex material handling, inventory control, and material movement activities that support manufacturing operations. The role ensures accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, transfer, and issuance of materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability across the facility.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in material handling, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing support.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners (RF guns) for inventory transactions.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience; certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material movements between receiving, warehouse, stockroom, production and shipping.
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP systems to maintain accuracy and traceability.
• Support production through material staging, line-side replenishment, and return-to-stock activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve transaction errors.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure integrity.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain bin organization and FIFO storage standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Inventory Control and Quality teams to resolve issues.
