Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Stockroom/Warehouse Associate to actively support material movements, cycle counts, and ERP transactions. You will move material between manufacturing areas, shipping, and offices using RF scanners and handle various material types.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and documentation, with responsibilities across replenishment, bin management, scrap disposal, and routine process improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer including Windows-based software.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work with minimal variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material movement to manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
• Execute material movements involving all types of material requiring replenishment to manufacturing areas.
• Move materials to areas outside manufacturing (shipping, parts prep, offices).
• Use RF scanners for ERP transactions.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain Bin Management and FIFO maintenance.
• Return unused materials to stockroom using RF transactions.
• Dispose scrap components properly.
• Pull material for purges from stock as needed.
• Perform Warehouse Cycle-counts where appropriate.
• Verify material movements and paperwork for accuracy.
