Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries using forklifts, dollies, or hand trucks safely.
• Verify quality and count of items unloaded; report discrepancies per policy.
• Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
• Stage received material and products in the correct locations.
• Create shipping and receiving receipts in the system.
• Inspect received materials and reject non-conforming items.
• Maintain inventory systems to ensure accurate orders and billing documents.
• Stage product for carrier pickup and perform related duties.
